Innovaccer is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the clinical intelligence and generative AI product roadmap — building LLM-powered clinical documentation, care plan generation, and patient communication features for 3,000+ US healthcare organisations.
- 5–8 years PM with healthcare AI or clinical informatics experience
- LLM and generative AI product design for clinical use cases
- Clinical workflow understanding: physician notes, care plans, and patient communication
- FDA AI/ML SaMD guidance and clinical AI safety requirements
- FHIR-based AI feature integration
- MBA or Master's in Health Informatics preferred
- Own clinical intelligence AI product roadmap
- Build ambient AI clinical documentation and note generation features
- Define AI safety guardrails and clinical accuracy evaluation frameworks
- Partner with physicians and US health system CIOs on clinical AI product discovery
- Collaborate with ML engineers on LLM fine-tuning strategy for clinical content
- Present clinical AI product vision to Innovaccer board and US customers
