Ather Energy is hiring an AI Engineer specialising in Computer Vision to build the rider safety and ADAS features on the next generation of Ather electric scooters.
You will develop and deploy edge CV models for pothole detection, blind spot warning, and rider behaviour analysis running on the vehicle's ARM processor.
- 3–5 years computer vision engineering experience
- PyTorch and YOLO object detection models
- TensorRT or ONNX model optimisation for edge deployment
- OpenCV for image processing pipelines
- ARM edge deployment experience preferred
- ROS or automotive middleware exposure a plus
- Build and train CV models for pothole and obstacle detection
- Optimise models using TensorRT for ARM SoC deployment
- Build data labelling and annotation pipelines for road imagery
- Validate CV system performance on Ather test fleet
- Publish model performance reports for safety certification
