- 7+ years agile coaching experience
- SAFe SPC or SAFe RTE certification
- Enterprise agile scaling experience with 200+ people
- Training and facilitation skills
- BFSI domain expertise
- Coach C-level and senior leadership on lean-agile mindset
- Facilitate SAFe PI Planning events for 100+ people
- Assess and build team agile maturity
- Build client-internal agile coaching capability
- Deliver quarterly agile transformation progress reviews
