Wipro is hiring an Agile Coach to lead enterprise agile transformation for large Indian BFSI clients — coaching C-level leadership, Release Train Engineers, and scrum teams on SAFe adoption and lean-agile mindset change.
- 7+ years agile coaching experience
- SAFe SPC 6.0 or SAFe RTE certification
- Enterprise transformation experience across 200+ person organisations
- Training and facilitation for SAFe PI Planning events
- BFSI domain experience
- ICP-ACC or ICAgile certification a plus
- Coach BFSI client leadership on lean-agile mindset and SAFe framework
- Facilitate SAFe PI Planning events for 100–300 person release trains
- Assess team and programme agile maturity and build improvement plans
- Train internal client Scrum Masters and RTEs to sustain transformation
- Present transformation progress and ROI to client CXO quarterly
- Contribute to Wipro agile practice knowledge base
