upGrad is hiring Admission Counsellors to guide working professionals through the MBA, data science, and technology programme selection and enrolment journey — converting 500+ daily inbound leads into career-transforming upGrad learners.

1–3 years EdTech, education sales, or B2C sales experience
Good understanding of higher education and professional upskilling market
Excellent English and Hindi communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with strong consultative sales approach
CRM tool proficiency: Salesforce or HubSpot
Freshers with strong communication skills welcome

Handle 30–40 inbound leads daily from working professionals exploring upGrad programmes
Conduct career counselling and programme recommendation sessions
Convert leads into upGrad programme enrolments within monthly targets
Build rapport and follow up with leads across multi-week sales cycles
Update Salesforce CRM with all interaction notes and deal stage
