Dell Technologies India is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager for Hyderabad to manage and grow revenue from large enterprise and public sector accounts. You will sell Dell's complete portfolio including servers, storage, networking, PCs, and cloud solutions to CIOs and IT heads of Telangana-based enterprises.
This is a senior field sales role for candidates with a proven enterprise IT sales track record who can manage complex sales cycles, build CXO relationships, and orchestrate Dell's cross-functional resources for large deals.
- Manage 20-30 large enterprise accounts in Hyderabad and Telangana
- Drive revenue growth across Dell's hardware, software, and services portfolio
- Build long-term strategic relationships with CIOs and IT decision-makers
- 5-10 years of enterprise IT sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding Rs 15+ crore annual quota
- Strong relationships with enterprise and public sector IT accounts in Hyderabad
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Own P&L for assigned enterprise accounts in Hyderabad region
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for top accounts
- Lead complex multi-product sales cycles and RFP responses
- Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams for deal execution
- Forecast monthly revenue accurately and update CRM regularly
