About the Role

Design at JobSpri means designing for someone applying to jobs on a cracked-screen phone during a lunch break, and for a recruiter juggling forty applicants on a laptop. We want a product designer who enjoys both, and who knows the best design is often the one that removes a step.

You'll own design for the job seeker experience, working directly with a PM and engineers from the first sketch to what ships. We have a design system in Figma and Tailwind; you'd help it grow up.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end flows for job seekers, from research to final UI and handoff
  • Test designs with real users, including on low-end phones
  • Write interface copy that's plain and kind
  • Look after and extend our design system
  • Review what's built and push for the details that matter

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of product design for web and mobile
  • A portfolio that shows your process and the problems you solved, not just final screens
  • Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems
  • You've run usability tests and changed your design because of them
