About the Role
We're a hiring company, so we'd better be good at hiring ourselves. We're looking for a technical recruiter to lead hiring for senior engineering and leadership roles at JobSpri, and to help our consultancy team on harder client searches.
You'd partner with hiring managers from the first conversation about the role to the offer, using our own recruiter tools every day. You'll find their flaws before anyone else, and we'll want to hear about them.
What You'll Do
- Run end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles
- Source passive candidates thoughtfully, not with mass messages
- Give every candidate a fast, respectful process, including the ones we don't hire
- Advise hiring managers on market pay and realistic profiles
- Give product feedback on our recruiter tools
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of technical recruiting, with senior or leadership hires
- Understanding of engineering roles beyond keywords
- Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
