About the Role
Our product squads and client delivery team all work in two-week sprints, and we'd like those sprints to feel less like a ritual and more like a tool. We're hiring an agile delivery lead who believes process should be as light as possible and no lighter.
You'd facilitate planning, stand-ups and retros for two squads, coach the team leads, and help us measure delivery in ways that improve how we work rather than just filling a report.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate sprint events for two squads and keep them focused
- Remove blockers and protect the team's time
- Coach product owners on writing and slicing work
- Track a few useful delivery metrics and discuss them openly with the team
What You'll Need
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master or delivery lead for software teams
- You've changed a team's process because it wasn't working, and made it stick
- Strong facilitation skills
- CSM or PSM certification is nice to have
