About the Role
We release often across several apps: the job seeker site, the recruiter app, admin panels, our consultancy portal, the tech services site and JotCV. A bug in the apply flow costs real people real chances, so we take testing seriously, and we want someone who thinks about quality as part of building, not a gate at the end.
You'd own our automated test suites (Playwright for the browser, pytest for the APIs), decide what's worth automating, and still do the careful exploratory testing that finds the bugs no script would.
What You'll Do
- Grow and maintain Playwright suites for the flows that matter most: sign-up, search, apply, post a job
- Test on real phone sizes, because most of our users are on mobile
- Work with engineers while features are being built, not after
- Keep test runs fast and reliable, and fix flaky tests rather than retrying them
- Report bugs that are easy to reproduce, with screenshots and steps
What You'll Need
- 2+ years in QA with real automation experience (Playwright, Cypress or Selenium)
- Comfortable reading and writing Python or TypeScript
- You've tested APIs directly, not only through the UI
- A habit of asking "what happens if…" that slightly annoys developers
