About the Role
Many of our jobs come from partners: ATS providers, job feeds, colleges and staffing firms. Each partnership is part business deal and part technical integration, and they often stall in the gap between the two. We want a program manager who's comfortable in both worlds and can get a partnership from first call to live.
What You'll Do
- Run partner integrations end to end, working with engineering and the partner's team
- Negotiate terms alongside the founders, and track what each partnership is really worth
- Keep live integrations healthy, and act quickly when a feed breaks
- Build a simple playbook so the next integration takes half the time
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in program management, partnerships or solutions roles at a tech company
- Comfortable reading API documentation and discussing data formats
- Strong negotiator, honest with partners
