About the Role
We're growing quickly, and our people processes were built for a much smaller team. We're hiring a people operations manager to put solid foundations in place: fair pay bands, a review process people don't dread, clear policies and onboarding that makes someone productive in their first week.
You'd report to the CEO and work closely with every team lead. It's hands-on: some days you're designing a policy, others you're sorting out a payroll question.
What You'll Do
- Own HR operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, leave, compliance and exits
- Design and run performance reviews and pay band reviews
- Be a trusted, discreet adviser to employees and managers
- Build policies that are short, clear and actually followed
- Measure and improve engagement and retention
What You'll Need
- 6+ years in HR, with people operations in a growing startup or tech company
- Solid knowledge of Indian labour law and payroll compliance
- Good judgement and complete discretion
