About the Role
Behind every listing on JobSpri there's operations work: reviewing reported jobs, verifying companies, handling recruiter queries and keeping fee scams off the site. Our operations team does this well but mostly by hand. We need an operations manager to lead the team, tighten the processes and decide, with engineering, what should be automated.
What You'll Do
- Lead the trust and support operations team: priorities, quality and schedules
- Set clear SLAs for job reviews, company verification and support, and meet them
- Find repetitive work and work with engineering to automate it
- Manage vendors and the operations budget
- Report weekly on quality, speed and cost
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in operations, with 2+ years leading a team
- A record of improving a process measurably
- Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
- Nice to have: trust and safety, marketplace or content moderation experience
