About the Role
This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to learn product management properly, by doing it alongside people who'll give you real responsibility and honest feedback. You'll start by owning smaller features end to end, like job alerts or the saved jobs page, and take on more as you're ready.
We don't mind whether you studied engineering, commerce or something else entirely. What matters is that you're curious about why people do what they do, and that you write clearly.
What You'll Do
- Own a small product area, with a senior PM as your mentor
- Talk to job seekers every week and share what you learn
- Write specs, plan releases with engineering and check the results afterwards
- Pull data to answer product questions yourself
What You'll Need
- 0–2 years of experience in any field; internships and side projects count
- Clear, structured writing
- Comfortable with numbers; some SQL is a plus but we'll teach you
- You've built, launched or run something on your own initiative
